SCHOOLS
Snappy Dance Theater offers two
school programs of highly entertaining and humorous dances that
will have your students dancing out the door.
"Snappy Dances" is an assembly-length
performance of both humorous and beautiful dances which will "stretch
the minds and the souls" of the audience. -Bernadette McLaughlin,
Principal, Green Meadow School.
"Where Do Ideas Come From?" is
a more interactive and participatory program. Five dances are
performed with a brief discussion of their origins. The concept
of improvisation is introduced and demonstrated. At the end, student
volunteers perform a previously learned Snappy move or two, as
well as a structured improvisation, an empowering experience.
